Attorney Charles Lamm of Charlotte; ethical gremlin 

The state of North Carolina presented Charles Ashley Lamm with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Ignorant of and/o failed to understand or appreciate that he was involved in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client of scheduled mediation hearing
• Client charged $150 due to Charlie’s failure to appear at mediation hearing’
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Charlie is employed by the Mecklenburg County Child Support Enforcement Agency at 5800 Executive Center Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina.
