Attorney Frank Housh of Tully, NY; slacker, loser
The state of New York presented Frank T. Housh with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.
The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him

Failed to reasonably consult with a client about the means by which the client’s objectives are to be accomplished

Failed to comply in a prompt manner with a client’s reasonable requests for information

Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation

Misappropriated (stole) funds belonging to another person

Commingled client funds with personal funds

Failed to maintain funds belonging to another person in a segregated account, separate from his business or personal accounts

Failed to identify his trust account as an “attorney special account,” “attorney trust account,” or “attorney escrow account” or to obtain checks and deposit slips that bear such title

Failed to pay or deliver to a client or another person, as requested by the client or other person, funds or other property in his possession that the client or other person is entitled to receive

Failed failing to maintain required bookkeeping and other records concerning transactions involving his attorney trust account and any other bank account concerning or affecting his practice of law

Failed to make available to the Grievance Committee financial records required to be maintained and produced in response to a notice or subpoena issued in connection with a grievance complaint (Screw you, said Frankie!)

Failed to refund promptly any part of a fee paid in advance that has not been earned

Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;

Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective January 5, 2021.
As we speak (ca. August 2023), Frankie practices his so-called brand of law at 1269 Dutch Hill Road in Tully, New York in early 2024.
