Attorney Daniel Moskowitz of Glen Head, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Daniel Paul Moskowitz with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The 1^st Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Improperly employed suspended attorney who happened to be Danny’s brother
• Aided a suspended lawyer in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of law at 39 Hill Drive in Glen Hill, New York.
