Attorney Diane Schilling of Albany, NY; ticket fixer

The state of New York presented Diane Lufkin Schilling with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Albany Law School.

From 2002 through May 2012, Diane Schilling sat as a judge of the East Greenbush Justice Court in Rensselaer County.

In 2011, the New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Schilling guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. In May 2009, Lisa Toolney, wife of Sand Lake Town Justice Paul Toolney was ticketed for speeding. Subsequently, Judge Schilling took affirmative action to dismiss (fix) Lisa’s traffic ticket.
  2. In 2005, Diane the Dumbo had the chutzpah to engage in conduct that resulted in her speeding ticket being fixed
In addition to being employed as a ticket-fixing judge, Diane also worked for the Office of Court Administration, wherein she trained judges from Greene County on ethics matters and court procedure. A certified ticket-fixer in charge of educating future judges on ethics. What an unmitigated joke!

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Judicial Commission ordered that Diane be removed from her judgeship on May 8, 2012.

As we speak (ca. May 2012) Diane practices law in the greater Albany, New York area. If you live in the Albany area and you're looking for an attorney with ticket-fixing experience, then ya might want to consider giving Diane a call.
