Attorney David Pravda of Scarsdale, NY; repeat offender

The state of New York presented David Alan Pravda with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Davey practices at 14 Harwood Court in Scarsdale, New York.
