Attorney Frank Scibilia of Syracuse, NY; ethical gremlin

The state of New York presented Frank B. Scibilia with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Withdrew representation without obtaining court approval
• Failed to adequately communicate with clients
• Misconduct resulted in prejudice being visited upon his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Frankie practices at 333 East Onondaga Street in Syracuse, New York.
