Attorney Bradley Shaw of Brooklyn, NY; lying loser

The state of New York presented Bradley Daniel Shaw with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s immigration matter for approximately 13 years
• Misrepresented [lied] about status of matter to conceal his neglect
• Serious neglect of client matter 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Bradley practices at 68 Jay Street in Brooklyn, New York.
