Attorney Norman Carniol of Flushing, NY; deadbeat Daddy

The state of New York presented Norman Michael Carniol with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

New York Appellate Court Disciplinary Committee found Norm guilty of the following conduct.

• Willfully failed to comply with court order
• Found in contempt of court
• Several months in arrears in payment of court-ordered child support payments
• Court ordered sequestration of Norm’s assets to secure future payment of child support

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
