Attorney Thomas Przybyla of Bowmansville, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Thomas J. Przybyla with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain client funds in special account
• Misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver client funds that client entitled to receive
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Tommy practices with the Law Office of Thomas J. Przybyla at 62 Stutzman Road in Bowmansville, New York.
