Attorney Robert Goldstein of Buffalo, NY; ethical gnome

The state of New York presented Robert Michael Goldstein with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to order from United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
• Appeals Court directed Bobby to show cause why discipline should not be imposed for his conduct relating to three appeals pending in that Court
• Failed to file certain required forms with appellate court
• Failed to correct certain defective motion papers filed with Appeals Court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Bobby practices at 69 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, New York.
