Attorney Norah Hart of New York City; deceitful scofflaw

The state of New York presented Norah Hart with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Norah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made a false statement of law or fact to third person
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in illegal practice of law in state she wasn’t licensed in

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Norah by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Norah practices with the Law Offices of Norah Hart at 305 Broadway in New York, New York.
