Attorney Oleh Tustaniwsky of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York provided Oleh Roman Tustaniwsky with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals found Oleh guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Defaulted on scheduling orders in twenty-two cases
  • Court issued ten orders to show why he shouldn’t be held in contempt
  • Filed substantively deficient briefs in five cases (moron)
  • Knowingly filed meritless pleadings
  • Prejudiced at least two clients whose cases were dismissed as a result of his defaults
  • Exposed clients to potential prejudice through his pattern of defaulting on scheduling orders
  • Showed a lack of remorse
  • Displayed hostility and disdainful attitude towards ethics investigators (Up yours, said Oleh!)
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Lacked candor re: failure to respond to court orders

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee punished Oleh by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Oleh practices with the Yangguang Law Office at 49 East Broadway in New York, New York.
