Attorney F. D. Moeller of Farmington, NM; bullying loser

The State of New Mexico presented F. D. Moeller with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Brigham Young University School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Moeller guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Used threatening language toward opposing party after court hearing
• Conduct disrupted judicial proceeding
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Moeller by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019) Moeller practices with the Moeller Law Offices at 424 West Broadway in Farmington, New Mexico.
