Attorney Richard Sandoval of Santa Fe, NM; ethical gnome

The State of New Mexico presented Richard A. Sandoval with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to consult with client as to means by which objectives of representation were to be pursued
• Failed to act with due diligence [slacker]
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019) Dick practices with The Law Office of Richard Sandoval at 1442 South Saint Francis Drive in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
