The state of New Jersey presented Stephen H. Skoller with a law license in 1983.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to communicate with client
2. Failed to provide client with information re: time spent on his case
3. Failed to comply with required recordkeeping rules
4. Failed to provide client with records re: claimed fees
5. Failed to maintain any records of disbursement of funds
6. Failed to maintain copies of client files

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Stephen practices at 325 Tillou Road in South Orange, New Jersey.
