Attorney Alan Porwich of Jersey City; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Alan S. Porwich with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Alan!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Alan practices with Feintuch Porwich & Feintuch in Jersey City, New Jersey.
