The state of New Jersey presented Tama Vail Baran with a law license in 1991

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tama guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Tama represented a client in a municipal court matter. However, while representing the client, Tama engaged in a sexual affair with her client’s husband.

Tama may want to consider limiting her law practice to family court so that she will be better positioned to sleep around with her client’s husbands and/or ex-husbands.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tama by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Tama practices at 105 Farnsworth Avenue in Bordentown, New Jersey.
