Attorney Martin Burger of Paramus, NJ; ethical dwarf 
The state of New Jersey presented Martin Burger with a law license in 1953.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.
Martin improperly paid a paralegal fifty percent of the legal fees he received in immigration cases the paralegal referred to him. Of course Martin absolutely knew this conduct was not legit.
As a consequent of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics board punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2012), Martin continues to practice in the Paramus, New Jersey area.
