Attorney John Weichsel of Hackensack, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented John L. Weichsel with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to supervise a nonlawyer employee and knowingly making
• Knowingly mad a false statement of material fact in connection with a disciplinary matter (Screw you, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.johnweichsel.com. . Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Johnny practices with The Law Office of John L. Weichsel at 79 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
