Attorney Adam Brent of Vineland, NJ; thieving slacker

The state of Pennsylvania presented Frank G. Fina with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Adam!)
• Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Adam practices at 120 North 8^th Street in Vineland, New Jersey.
