Attorney Gregory Mueller of Tenafly, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Gregory Karl Mueller with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Greg was also licensed to practice in New York 1993.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to properly supervise underling attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Greg fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.muellerfirm.comApparently, Greg chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.
