Attorney Sharon Bucci of Toms River, NJ; ethical goblin

The State of New Jersey presented Sharon Pratico Bucci with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the Western New England University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Sharon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements
• Trust account contained negative balances
• Failed to perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Individual client ledger cards were not maintained for clients
• Failed to correctly record deposits and reimbursements re: client matters
• Negligently misappropriated [stole] client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2019) Sharon practices at 50 Hadley Avenue in Toms River, New Jersey.
