Attorney Yana Shtindler of Bayonne, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Yana Shtindler with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Yana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in numerous recordkeeping violations
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact in connection with a disciplinary matter (Screw you, said Yana!)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Authorized a nonlawyer to be a signatory on a trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Yana by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Yana practices at 447 Broadway in Bayonne, New Jersey.
