Attorney Thomas Taylor of Perth Amboy, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas J. Taylor  with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interest upon termination
• Failed to disclose material fact to a tribunal with knowledge that the omission was reasonable certain to mislead the tribunal
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rues of a tribunal
• Engaged in involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
