Attorney Francis Babcock Jr. of Jersey City, NJ; slacker, loser 

The state of New Jersey presented Francis Charles Babcock Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of the matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Fran!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Fran practices at 40 Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey.
