Attorney Stephen Buividas of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Stephen James Buividas with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to to promptly notify a client or third-party upon receipt of funds in which a client or third party had an interest
• Failed to to promptly deliver funds to a client or third-party)
• Failed to use settlements funds to settle a loan between his client and a creditor when, under the terms of the agreement, the creditor’s loan was to be settled before funds were released to other parties from Stevie’s trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Stevie practices with The Law Office of Stephen J. Buividas at 501 Brian Drive in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
