Attorney Padraic Deighan of Haddonfield, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Padraic Brian Deighan with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Padraic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while handling mortgage modification matters in Washington
• Used company called Homesavers Law Group when he was not admitted to practice in or a licensed mortgage broker in Washington
• Improperly shared fees with non-lawyer
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Misrepresented lied] about nature of an investment in Ohio tax liens to obtain $10,000 from an investor
• Failed to invest funds entrusted to him as promised

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Padraic by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2018) Padraic practices at 216 West Euclid Avenue in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
