Attorney Bhalla Ravinder of Hackettstown, NJ; liar, repeat offender

 

The state of New Jersey presented Bhalla Singh Ravinder with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bhalla guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Bhalla’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Wrote checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Conduct adversely reflected on ability to practice
  • Failed to comply with trust accounting requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bhalla by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

 

Bhalla’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
  • Failed to deliver funds owing to a third person
  • Misrepresentation on employee’s W-2 form that SS taxes had been paid
  • Failed to keep promise to verify and pay amount due and owing on employee IRA account
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bhalla by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Bhalla practices in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
