Attorney John Di Ciurcio of Cherry Hill, NJ; slacker, repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented John David Di Ciurcio with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Published false/misleading advertisements about legal services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Johnny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to file client bankruptcy petition after being paid to do so
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
