Attorney Michael D’Angelo of Somerville, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Michael Daniel D’Angelo with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Mike practices with Richard M. DeLuca at 90 Grove Street in Somerville, New Jersey.
