Attorney Richard Zuvich of Colonia, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Richard N. Zuvich with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dick!)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Numerous violations of recordkeeping rules
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Dick practices in Colonia, New Jersey.
