Attorney Philip Battaglia of Monmouth, NJ; druggie

The state of New Jersey presented Philip J. Battaglia with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Francis was charged with the third-degree crime of conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Phil practices in Monmouth, New Jersey.
