• Failed to reconcile trust accounts
• Client funds negligently misappropriated (stolen)
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of cash balances
• Failed to reconcile bank statement and client trust ledger balances
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
