Attorney Rosalyn Charles of Newark, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Rosalyn Cary Charles with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of status of divorce case
• Allowed client’s divorce complaint to be dismissed for failure to prosecute it

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Rosie practices with RC Charles Esquire at 60 Park Place in Newark, New Jersey.
