Attorney Harold Poltrock of Millburn, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Harold J. Poltrock with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in recordkeeping violations
• Failed to conduct monthly three way reconciliations
• Failed to maintain proper client ledger cards
• Negligence led to $11,406 shortfall in trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Harry practices at 75 Main Street in Millburn, New Jersey.
