Attorney George Stasiuk of Wayne, NJ; crooked loser

The state of New Jersey presented George P. Stasiuk with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found George guilty of the following misconduct

• Conduct involved gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to inform client how to contact him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Charged an unreasonable fee (crook)
• Failed to refund unearned fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said George!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) George practices in Wayne, New Jersey.
