The state of Oklahoma presented William J. Torre with a law license in 1984.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy caused substantial financial and psychological mart to an 86-year-old woman by borrowing more than 70 percent of her life savings when he ran into financial trouble. Put simply, Bill was cheerfully involved in “elder abuse.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Billy practices at 456 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey.
