Attorney Kenneth Thyne of Totowa, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Kenneth S. Thyne with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kenny!)
• Lied that he was licensed to practice in Minnesota

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Kenny practices at 77 Jefferson Place in Totowa, New Jersey.
