Attorney Karim Arzadi of Perth Amboy, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Karim K. Arzadi with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Karim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to admit what he had done
• Perpetrated well-orchestrated charade at disciplinary hearing (Up yours, said Karim!)
• Made multiple misrepresentations in multiple documents
• Falsely attested (perjury) to accuracy of documents containing misrepresentations
• Made false accusations against a third person
• Testimony at disciplinary hearing not worthy of believe
• Made false statements to a court

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Karim was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Karim by

gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
