Attorney Adam Pribula of Chatham, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Adam S. Pribula with a law license in 2007.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in gross neglect of client’s legal matter
• Failed to obtain recorded copy of deed for several months
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to promptly return escrow funds to estate

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Adam’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Adam practices in Chatham, New Jersey.
