Attorney Seymour Wasserstrum of Vineland, NJ; ethical gremlin 

The state of New York presented Seymour M. Wasserstrum with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Seymour guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to memorialize fee agreements in two matters
• Failed to allocate responsibility for cases transferred to another lawyer
• Failed to obtain client’s consent to reduced scope of representation

 Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Seymour by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Seymour practices with the Law Office of Seymour Wasserstrum at 205 West Landis Avenue in Vineland, New Jersey.
