Attorney Timothy Sheedy of Concord, NH; slacker, loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Timothy G. Sheedy with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to take any action on client’s behalf
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter
• Failed to return client file upon termination

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Timmy by gifting him with complimentary warning for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Timmy practices at 45 Centre Street in Concord, New Hampshire.
