Attorney James Sessler of Franklin, NH; idiotic loser

The state of New Hampshire presented James N. Sessler with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Provided inaccurate advise to clients re: adoption matter
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Jimmy by gifting him with complimentary warning for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Jimmy practices with the Sessler Law Office PLLC at 396 Central Street in Franklin, New Hampshire.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jimmy chose to not disclose the aforementioned misconduct on his website at www.sessler.aw.com. Apparently, Jimmy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.
