  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to explain the legal and practical aspects of a legal matter and alternative courses of action to allow client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to finalize client’s answers to discovery requests
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Grenville by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
