Attorney Marc Randazza of Las Vegas; ethical troll

The state of Nevada presented Marc J. Randazza with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Conflict involved current clients
• Conflict of interest placed unwarranted restrictions on Marc’s right to practice
• Loaned money to his client without informing the client in writing of the desirability of obtaining independent counsel, and by negotiating with opposing counsel to receive, as part of a settlement, a retainer for future legal services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Marc fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.randazza.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that she would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Marc practices with the Randazza Legal Group PLLC at 2764 Lake Sahara Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
