Attorney Paul Seyler of Omaha; ethical dwarf

The state of Nebraska presented Paul W. Seyler with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence
2. Failed to communicate with client
3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
4. Failed to consult with client re: means to accomplish client objectives
5. Failed to comply with client’s requests for information
6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
7. Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or assisted another in doing so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Nebraska Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2012) Paul practices at 10828 Old Mill Road in Omaha, Nebraska.
