Attorney Dwaine Birch of Burwell, NE; moronic loser

The state of Nebraska presented Frank E. Robak Sr. with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Creighton University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dwaine guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Neglected several estate matters
• Failed to move client estate matters on behalf of his clients
• Failed to comply with repeated notices from the court and clerk magistrate (Up yours, said Dwaine!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Dwaine by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Dwaine practices his so-called brand of law with the Birch Law Firm PC, LLO at 428 Grand Avenue in Burwell, Nebraska.
