Attorney Gary Pearson of Lincoln, NE; cheating moron

The state of Nebraska presented Jeremy R. Shirk with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Creighton University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal (Up yours, said Gary!)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Gary!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Jeremy practices his so-called brand of law with the Pearson Law Office at 221 South 66th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
