Attorney Lori Ubbinga of Homer, NE; idiotic slacker 

The state of Nebraska provided Lori A. Ubbinga with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Lori guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
  

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Lori by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Lori practices at 110 South 1^st Street in Homer, Nebraska.
