Attorney Robert Sivick of Grand Island, NE; lying loser

The state of Nebraska presented Robert J. Sivick with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unwarranted outburst aimed at trial court
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made false statements of fact or law
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Bobby practices with the Howard County Attorney’s Office at 100 East First Street in Grand Island, Nebraska.
